Our Current Series

grafted (3/12 - 4/9)

Grafted is a series designed to help us understand that growth is a process and gives us the tools we need to grow more effectively and efficiently. So many times in life, we fail to give ourselves the grace to struggle as we grow but as we'll learn throughout this series, growth takes time.

Our hope for this series is that we'd all learn to give ourselves some grace and embrace the truth of where God is leading us!

Have you ever been frustrated that you don’t have it all together and you’re not where you’re supposed to be? What does that even mean and, more importantly, how you fix it? In today’s message we’ll encounter a message Jesus taught in the way that Jesus taught it. He used a object that everyone was familiar with to describe the process of growth: dirt.

Is there any kind of growth that occurs instantaneous? If so, is that natural? In this week's message we'll take a look at some characters in the Bible who discovered growth, no matter where it happens, is always a process. As we engage with this message we'll find encouragement that growth in our lives is a process as well.

What does it mean to root in Jesus, and how do we do that?  Why would we be willing to trust him with anything?!  In today's message, we'll remember that growth is a process and discover hope in areas of our lives that we may see as dead.  Ultimately we can learn to trust Jesus because he can bring the dead back to life.  Sometimes, what we see as dead God sees as just sleeping.

pastor ryan blaylock

If you know bad decisions are harmful, what are some practical ways to avoid them? Just praying harder and "surrendering" isn't always helpful in dealing with struggles, so is there any hope? In this message, we'll not only discover tools to deal with struggles, but also be challenged to actively eliminate them.

Pastor ryan blaylock

How do you respond to growth and change in others? Do you celebrate change or are you threatened by it? In this message, we'll hear about an instance when Jesus healed a paralyzed man but the people around him responded negatively to the things he did. Ultimately, we'll discover that God is not scared of our deficiencies nor defines us by our accomplishments.
